Windows 10: Missing Purchased Keys

Discus and support Missing Purchased Keys in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I was playing Farmville 2 Country Escape and made 2 purchases of keys and i was billed for them and did not receive them, getting a pop up on game...     Missing Purchased Keys


    I was playing Farmville 2 Country Escape and made 2 purchases of keys and i was billed for them and did not receive them, getting a pop up on game Purchase Warning , waiting for purchase to be approved this happened 2 days ago. Had another pop up saying there was a problem with microsoft on windows is anyone else having these issues?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    No product key after Windows 10 purchase

    • How did you upgrade to windows 10?
    • Have you done clean install?
    • Are you getting any error message?
    • From where have you purchased the Windows 10?
    If you have purchased from online Microsoft store or any store I suggest you to contact them for the product key.

    Missing Purchased Keys

    Key purchase history detail missing

    I want to look in my purchase history to see if I have paid to remove ads from one of my apps. When I go to the purchase history page, however, there are key details missing. Descriptions like "Remove ads" and "Upgrade to Pro" leave out a key piece of information:
    the app that the purchase applies to. Even the confirmation email is useless, showing the same description as the purchase history page. Is there any way I can see more detail than this?
