Windows 10: Missing Security Updates for Windows 10 Pro

I have a clean install of Windows 10 Pro.

Belarc Advisor scan results show 2 missing security updates:

Hotfix Id Severity Description (click to see security bulletin)

Q2538243 Important Microsoft security update (KB2538243)
Q2565063 Important Microsoft security update (KB2565063)

Windows 10 Pro update does not identify either of these as needing to be installed. Do these need installed and how do I download and install them manually?

Windows 10m Update

Dear Sir,

I have installed Windows 10 and upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 1511 and now I am having trouble for further security updates. After running Windows update Diagnostic, I get the message - SERVICE REGISTRATION IS MISSING OR CORRUPT - NOT FIXED. Is
it blocking further updating? How I can fix this error?

WIndows update unable to install updates

Ive looked around but i cant seem to find any fix that will work for me, im running windows 10 pro 64bit upgraded from windows 7 ultimate 64bit im running an amd graphics card and there are no false users in my registry data. But yet every time i try to
install the update it just keeps failing, even running the troubleshooter fixes nothing but it does state that it does fix some things

But yet even after that i still receive this error when clicking retry or manually using the .msu

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3081436) - Error 0x8e5e03fa

Can anyone help me get this update working?

 

I have W10Pro and I've just searched my updates. Neither of them are installed on my system.
