Windows 10: Missing "Tablet PC Components" in "Turn Windows Features on and off"

Hi,


I'm on a Desktop PC and want to use a touchscreen monitor as second screen. I've searched and tried for a while but all explanations for the missing options lead to "activate tablet PC components" in "Turn Windows Features on and off", but it's just not there in my case.

One article I've read says, it could be necessary to activate it in the registry, but I can't edit neither "isTabletPC" nor "DeviceKind", which seem to be the two responsible entries.

Cannot Locate Tablet-PC Optional Components in Windows Features

I'm running 10 while using a Wacom Cintiq 13HD, and I came across an issue involving the Windows Tablet PC feature overpowering my Cintiq's driver. I know that I can disable this by going to control panel > programs > turn Windows features on and off,
and then unchecking the box "Tablet-PC Optional Components." However, that feature is not listed and I cannot turn it off any other way. So, what can I do next that will solve this?

 

Turn Windows features on or off - Legacy Components

Hey, i am having a problem with Turn Windows features on or off, my legacy components are off and whenever i try to turn legacy components and DirectPlay on, it says that i need to restart my PC, and when i restart my PC and go to the Turn Windows
features on or off my legacy components and DirectPlay are off/not checked again, because of this problem i cant play many games and it would mean a lot to me if you could help me with problem.
