Windows 10: Missing Taskbar after upgrading from Win10 to Win11

I've just upgraded to Win11 from Win10 today and after the install the taskbar is no longer present.I've restarted my machine a number of times, that didn't resolve.I've downloaded the ISO image and reinstalled, that didn't resolve.At the moment the only way I can run programs is via 'Run new task' in Task Manager.For some reason win + r doesn't launch the Run window.I've seen some info online that mentions restarting explorer in Task Manager but this doesn't seem to be present for me.Any ideas to what the issue could be?

Win11 upgrade not coming

If you checked again my previous replies, you can see ASUS re-installed my new notebook a even newer Win10 Home installation. After this 2nd time installation, I only did these to the toy:

1. installed chrome
   
2. changed its display brightness
   
3. changed wallpaper
   

After your previous suggestion, the 1 month temp McAfee was gone.

I can't figure out why I can't upgrade to Win11 for such a new notebook. Newer notebook will come with Win11 natively

 

Windows 11 upgrade questions - I want to stay on Win10

I want to stay on Win10 because I read that Win11's taskbar at the bottom cannot be moved to the side. I only want my taskbar to be on the side to have maximum amount of vertical screen space. I don't like hidden taskbars. I want to always see my taskbar at a glance. Questions: I support 3 other friends with their PC computers. Since I won't upgrade to Win11, I don't want any of them to upgrade to Win11 either.

1. If any of us receive the notification from Microsoft to upgrade to Win11, will the upgrade to Win11 happen automatically at some point?
2. If so, is there a way to permanently stop Win11 upgrade notifications?

Trouble upgrading to win11

I cannot upgrade to win11 because I am told that my machine does meet specs. I am using an AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon vega Graphics, 64bit which appears on the compatability list. I am using win10 pro and have gone through the TPM activation. What am I missing?
