Windows 10: MISSING WIFI DRIVER AND UNABLE TO REINSTALL

I have a Dell latitude E7470. I have been using it for about an year now . However Recently i installed a game on it via steam. Around this time i simultaneously ran CCleaner and cleared registry issues through it. Subsequently this led to the wifi icon suddenly dissapearing. Now im not sure what exactly caused that. I tried resolving the issue by: restoring network settings, checked DHCP client service along with WLAN auto config, disabling and re enabling all services, restored my pc to the former date but nothing worked. • Are you referring the missing driver as the High Definition Audio device
  with a yellow mark in the screenshot?

This issue could have happened due to corrupted driver files. Let's try reinstalling the driver and check if the driver can be recovered. Follow the below steps to re-install the driver.

• As you are already on the device manager, right-click on High Definition Audio device, and select
  Uninstall.
• Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to run the hardware troubleshooter and check if the issue is resolved. Follow the below steps to run the Hardware troubleshooter;

• Type troubleshooting in the search tool.
• Click on Troubleshooting tab.
  
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  
• Select the Hardware and
  Device options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware
  and Device Troubleshooter.

Method 1: Install all the latest update for Windows 10.

Method 2: Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

• On the Start menu, type Troubleshooting and then hit enter.
• Choose Network and Internet.
• Select Network adapter.
• Run the troubleshooter.

Method 3: Uninstall and reinstall the WiFi Adapter.

Uninstall the WiFi Adapter before reinstalling the latest driver available on your computer manufacturer's website.
