Windows 10: Missing wifi driver on ILIFE ZED AIR PLUS

Hi, my laptop has been unable to show any available wifi connections for the past 3 years. I was too young to find out why, but recently I've been trying my best to fix it and my best guess is that the wifi driver is missing. I don't see anything wifi/wlan related under the network adaptors in device manager, and I also can't find rtlwlanu in msinfo under network adaptors. I'm not sure which driver my laptop uses, but I think I once saw "Realtek 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter" under installed drivers in msinfo no longer appears, also I'm not sure if that's correct. Can someone please help m

about Wi-Fi problem on ILife Zed Air Pro

I have a ILife Zed Air Pro laptop, I can't connect to any Wi-Fi or Find a Wi-Fi to connect. I tried to troubleshoot it and it's shows that Windows cannot find a driver for my network adapter and it says there's no properly installed network adapter. I know nothing on laptop and how to fix it, Can someone help me?

Please help needed here.

I factory reset my notebook iLife Zed Air 2 and then did updates, my wifi was not working so so I deleted my devices from the page below.

Now I cannot connect via WiFi or Bluetooth even though Bluetooth does is on, it cannot connect and it says not connected. To use internet I use a cable and router.

I have tried going to the manufacturer's website and downloading drivers but I'm so lost I don't know which driver is which. And even when I install a driver I'm not sure where they get installed to. There is no ipv4 driver in the devices page. Windows 10
update did not fix it. Can anyone recommend anything else?

Me too facing the same issues, but not only with Wifi but also, audio & battery too.

( currently using Wifi adapter & external sound device for Internet & Sound)

I have found the drivers in the manufacture's site in the below link (my part name: IL.1406G.232WASW)

But, I was not be able do it. after the very recent windows upgrade, my zed air performance is very good (before I had some issues with keyboard and touch pad too)
