Windows 10: Missing Windows cumulative updates

Hi! Good day everybody! Do I have to install missing Windows cumulative updates such as .NET Framework 4.8, 3.5 Cumulative Updates? What I understand from the word cumulative itself which I found in the internet to mean:Increasing by successive additions; made up of accumulated parts. It looks like from I what understand of the meaning of the word cumulative is that I dont have to necessarily install missing cumulatives updates since they automatically accumulate to the next new Windows cumulative update. Is that so?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.
