Windows 10: Missing winRe, problems with login

Hello everyone, so... I have two problems actually. First, the WinRE is missing completely from my win 10. And second problem is, that after I changed the boot options to recovery mode to try to look where might be the problem with WinRE, I locked myself completely out of thr system after reboiting. The system will boot, but the problems begin at the login screen. After trying to log in with my passcode, it gives me a message "something seems to be wrong, we cant access your credentials. Please try again".... I would appreciate any help, please dont judge me. I am an self learning enthusiast

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

MW2 Problem

I think the game is booting, then Steam is trying to boot, but is hanging during the login process, hell it may be sitting there wait for you to enter your password.

Try this, turn Steam On and log in. Click on the game listed in the "My Games" tab to start MW2 and see if the problem continues. If that does not work, you have 2 other suggestions above.
