Windows 10: Mistakely press to forget my Wifi n now i cant get it back on windows 8.1

Need help on getting my wifi back on windows 8.1 after i press forget on it by mistake.

Windows won't forget WiFi network

I have 3 old Wifi networks that I want to get rid of in the list of networks. All devices show them in the WiFi list and when i click Forget, they come right back. When I go to Manage networks in Settings, they're not there, but still show in the list on every device. How can I get rid of them?

The first image is the list of networks. I want to remove the Blackwellhome ones. The second is obviously the Manage Networks in Settings.
