Windows 10: Mistaken type of email for administrator

I make mistake in sign in email for administrator, type the wrong email and it become a administrator account, not on a new laptop, I already have administrator account, but I not sure how the email can be the admin and i can't verify anything because of that. I can't change username because my real one email is already a user, before mistaken real one email is administrator yes I can make a new administrator of the email but all data change, how to change the email that is not mine to fix it. I cannot change the email of administrator account because it already associated with another user

To resolve your concern about changing the administrator email, we suggest for you to follow these steps and see if it helps:

• Go to Control Panel.
• Select Change account type under User Accounts.
• Click the user account you want to change on the computer.
• Click on Change the account type.
• Select Standard or Administrator.
• Click the Change Account Type button.

You can Enable the built in Administrator account in Windows 10, then create a new user account.

I suggest you to refer the steps below and check if it helps

• Press Windows+ X, select Command Prompt, and then click
  Run as Administrator.
• When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
  
• At the command prompt, type net user administrator /active: yes, and then press Enter.
• Type net user administrator <Password>, and then press Enter.
  
  Note In this command, <Password> represents the actual password that you want to set for the administrator account.
• Type exit, and then press Enter.
• Log off the current user account. And login and check the are you able to open the files

old email addresses

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.
