    Mixed Reality Portal stuck on pending


    when i go to the store to download it the icon in the top right sits on blue button with white rotating circle and the word pending under it. all updates are intalled and i have restarted the pc. i even tried downloading it via windows powershell and it just hangs on "starting package install"
