Windows 10: Mobile Device Not initiating Authentication AT ALL. However another user profile on same...

I have, Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2 Installed on ‎15-‎10-‎2024 OS build 26100.2161 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.32.0. The issue is with Authentication not happening AT ALL, when I click Bluetooth & devices --> Mobile devices --> click button "Manage Devices" --> Sign in appears in a new Window. When I click Sign in Nothing happens. The button simply blinks and nothing happens. Consider the following :- I had installed fresh Win11 on my system using a "Local Account". I tried connecting to Mobile Device I tried several methods mentioned in the Sup

Windows Mobile Device Center error

Sync center will provide the synchronization required. You will need to reconfigure the sync. Follow these steps:

1. Windows key + X > Control Panel > Sync Center
   
2. Select Sync step
   
3. Connect your device via USB

The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
