Windows 10: Mobile Hotspot not working after recent Windows 10 update

After a recent Windows update, I can't turn on the mobile hotspot. Haven't had any issues with that before.

When I click on the mobile hotspot button in the action center. The name of the hotspot appears for a split of a second and then the button toggles back to "mobile hotspot". When I try to turn it on in the network settings I see "applying settings" for a split of a second and then the switch immediately switch to off and I see red information saying "We can't set up mobile hotspot." (not using EN version, so the wording of my translation might not be precise).

Your Bluetooth connection may be enabled which prevents you from setting up your mobile hotspot. To have this addressed, we suggest turning off the Bluetooth connection and see if you're able to set up your mobile hotspot. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Devices.
• Click Bluetooth, then toggle it OFF.

Once done, check if you can now turn on your computer's mobile hotspot. Let us know how it goes.
