    Microsoft Mobile Mouse 3600 Model 1730

    I've had a Mobile Mouse 3600 paired with my Android Samsung Galaxy S3 Tab for several years. Today, the mouse has stopped working. The underside blue LED is solid when the battery is installed, and does not respond to the on/off switch. Mouse is unparable
    to the S3 tab, and before I removed it from the Bluetooth list, it appeared to be interfering with the S3 tab mini keyboard.

    Is the Mouse broken, or is there a way to get the LED to respond to the on/off button?

    I understand the inconvenience you are facing with accessing Bluetooth mouse on Windows 10, we will help you with this issue.

    Do let us know if you have tried the below:

    • Have you turned on the mouse while connecting via Bluetooth?
    • Were you able to connect any other devices via Bluetooth to your laptop?
    • What is the complete error message of this issue?

    Step 1: I suggest you to download the driver for the mouse from the below link, try to install and check if it helps.

    Choose the appropriate operating system and try to install the software.

    Step 2: I suggest you to refer to the below post replied by

    Mobile mouse 3600 power button did not work

    Microsoft mobile mouse 3600

    My Microsoft mobile mouse 3600 does not want to turn off or connect to my PC anymore. The Blue sensor light keeps flashing and the backlight stays on in a green/yellow color. I have changed the battery, which did not help. The mouse does not turn off no
    matter how long I push the power button. My PC is also not able to pick up the Bluetooth connection anymore.
