Windows 10: mobile operator for billing is not on the list

Discus and support mobile operator for billing is not on the list in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; it only shows verizon and thats not my mobile operator. i just want to claim my xbox gamepass for my new pc...     mobile operator for billing is not on the list


    it only shows verizon and thats not my mobile operator. i just want to claim my xbox gamepass for my new pc

    How to chance the payment to my cellphone bill?

    Mobile Operator billing is dependent on your mobile operator signing up with Microsoft to provide this service. If your mobile operator is not specifically listed by name as an billing option during initial sign-up on your device, then MO billing is unavailable
    and Marketplace presents credit card as the default payment method. Selecting Charge to my Mobile Phone bill on the Marketplace website has no effect on Billing Preferences unless MO billing is available.
