Windows 10: Moca with spectrum internet in apartment

Discus and support Moca with spectrum internet in apartment in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I am getting only spectrum internet in an apartment I am moving to and want my nas to have a direct ethernet connection to my devices in another room....     Moca with spectrum internet in apartment


    I am getting only spectrum internet in an apartment I am moving to and want my nas to have a direct ethernet connection to my devices in another room. I plan on purchasing 2 moca adapters to accomplish this but I am having trouble understanding exactly how to hook the coax up properly. I was going to purchase the Hitron Bonded MoCA 2.5 Network Adapter. My confusion is getting the first moca adapter set up properly. I have the coax coming from my wall and then going into my Spectrum modem(I have my own wireless router that I will be using). Do I hook the coax feed from the wall to the moca adapter then hook another coax from the moca to the modem? Or do I hook the coax feed to the modem, then just run an ethernet cable from the modem to the moca adapter?
