    Mode Not Supported


    would someone please help me?
    I built a desktop last winter.
    I have using an older Samsung TV for my monitor. HDMI connection.
    display resolution is 1360 x 768.
    it has worked fine.
    yesterday I updated Windows 10 to the latest update.
    the monitor now says "Mode Not Supported".
    I am wondering if the problem is that the display resolution is not ok.
    I have no desktop screen.

    I did get into the BIOS.
    but thats the only thing I could do.
    I don't see how to rollback or do anything.
    I have been googling and I have found nothing.
    would someone please help me?
    do I have to go buy a new monitor?

    Try a VGA Cable if it has a socket for one.

    Are using the Intel HD GPU that's built onto the CPU for your GPU or do you have a separate GPU installed?

    no VGA.
    I am using the Intel HD GPU.
    and I decided to just go ahead and buy a monitor.
