Windows 10: Modification and Uninstallation issue of Microsoft Visual C++ file

Hello,I wanted to update my Visual C++ Redistributables in order to run a game on my PC but while trying to modify the file, the pop that said "Windows cannot find 'C:\ProgramData\PackageCache\{40d3fee2-b257-46c2-bdc0-cb1088d97327}\VC_redist.x64.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly. and then try again."Also when I tried to download the ARM64 from the Microsoft C++ Redistributable latest supported downloads website, the download was successful but when I tried setting it up there was a pop-up that said "Setup Failed""0x80070661 - This installation is not supported by this processor type

Visual C++ Redistributable wants msi file to uninstall

Maybe an older version of Microsoft Visual C++ is blocking the installation. We suggest uninstalling all Microsoft Visual C++ from the control panel before trying to install the new MS Visual C++. Follow the steps below:

Open Control Panel.

Click Programs, then click Programs and Features.

Locate All Microsoft Visual C++, then click Uninstall in all of them.

After uninstalling the program, try to install the version that you're having the problem again.

microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86 won't install

To check follow the steps:

• Type Default programs & select programs & features.
• Check if Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
  is installed.

If yes suggest you to uninstall & reinstall Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
& check if the issue persists.
