Windows 10: Moka ransomware

my laptop had been infected by Moka ransomware, I downloaded spy hunter 5 and scanned it but I think it is still there cause all files has been encrypted by Moka. Extension , I don't want to format it cause lot of files so important to me and don't have backup for them, any help? Thanks
