Windows 10: Money added to my sons account get an error message when trying to use.

I added money to my sons linked Microsoft account to by roblox. When I try to use it we get an error message please help. The error code is pqARd1VLTUes1GC3.19.2.1.8.4

ive been on hold for 3 days,2 no call backs and a wealth of no help

im just trying to add money to my sons account for his birthday

I keep getting a message saying I need to contact support,i did and they couldn't help.said they would call back and never did(thanks j.d.)

next I had to update his pc,all done,still same message

what do I do?

Please can you tell me how you are trying to add money to your son's account? If your son is apart of your Microsoft Family (here: https://family.microsoft.com ),
then you should be able to add money on their account by selecting More Options > Spending > Add money

This option should be located on this page here:
