Windows 10: Money on my Microsoft account/ Error when buying

The other day I was trying to bye a game on the store. I had enough money and I pressed buy and it said: We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out. I've tried multiple times and also looked around a bit and found that it may be due to some kind of account corruption; so I wanted to take the money off my account because I couldn't use it but for some STUPID reason there is no way take take it off, so:


1.Help me with un-corrupting my account please or...


2.Make a way to take money off the account please that would be so helpful and its stupid that you cant

Unable to rent or buy Movies from Microsoft store

1. Do you receive any error while buying or renting Movies?
   
2. Were you able to buy or rent movies from Microsoft store with the same Microsoft account previously?
   
3. Have you tried using the Microsoft store website to buy or rent movies?
   

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Verify the region, date & time settings.

1. Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
   
2. Tap or click Time & language.
   
3. Select either Date & time or Region & language and check all settings.
   

Method 2:



Reset the Microsoft store app.

1. Press Windows key + R. This will open
   Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’.
   
2. In Run dialog box, type ‘wsreset’ and hit enter.

Microsoft account money

I have $100 in my Microsoft account from a gift code I received with my PC. I bought an item from the store but it didn't use the money in my account. How do I use that money to buy something?

 

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
