Windows 10: MoneyPoint: inactive accounts

Discus and support MoneyPoint: inactive accounts in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I use MoneyPoint on my Windows 10 PC.     MoneyPoint: inactive accounts


    I use MoneyPoint on my Windows 10 PC. I wonder if I could hide inactive accounts that are greyed out. I don’t want to see them listed at all. Thank you

    Moneypoint

    Moneypoint has failed to open. Says reinstall to repair but then an error message 0x80004005 appears. Need help please. Have tried everything suggested below but nothing is fixing it.

    moneypoint failing to open

    Thank you for your trouble but last night prior to using your suggestions windows did an automatic update (took all night) since then moneypoint has opened. Fingers crossed this continues.
