Windows 10: moniter adpater updates.

my windows 10 moniter adapter was not updated.it was showing the best updates ,but it was not working properly.

So, i just recently got toshiba PC health moniter, and it wont launch. Any suggestions?

Dual moniters not working after windows update

none of that has worked, I confirmed its not the moniter but the operating system. Because before the update it was perfectly fine, I hadnt touched the hdmi cables or anything after the update, windows decides not to
pick it up at all. Ive tried it with three differnt moniters 2 being samsung and one being VIZIO each having the same result them detecting its plugged into my laptop, but again windows not reading that it is. Either ive tried restarting my pc nothing works.

Already tried updating my drivers there to the latest update, and it doesnt allow me to role them back. so basicly im stuck rn tried it on three different moniters no luck, befor the update it was working perfectly
