Windows 10: Monitor 1 thinks it's Monitor 2 but also it can't be detected

I'm running a dual monitor set up. One is my monitor and the other one is a screen tablet. It used to work no problem but lately when I turn the PC on, only my screen tablet displays something.The weird part is, if I disconnect my screen tabletmonitor 2 and then I turn my PC on, Monitor 1 shows the asus logo thingy when the pc is bootigg but in the resolution of the Monitor 2 so it's obviously detected. After the booting though, monitor 1 is still on but it's just a black screen. When I plug in Monitor 2, Monitor 1 becomes completely dark as if it turned off and Monitor 2 shows the display.

Change monitor 2 to monitor 1 and make it stay.

I did as you suggested, but the problem was not resolved. Windows detects the monitors just fine, but I need to switch monitor 2 to be numbered monitor 1. The main diplay has not effect, as once monitor 1 is turned on monitor two looses display.

 

Windown 11 only detect 1 monitor

If I don't turn off 2 monitors, My PC detects 2 monitors and I can use 2 monitors by Teamviewer.
If I turn off 2 monitors, My PC only detects 1 monitor and I only use 1 monitor by Teamviewer.

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.
