Windows 10: monitor auto adjusting lines

when i plug in my monitor in while im using it lines appear they go from the top of the screen to the bottom i need some help fixing this

This has nothing to do with Windows, it is a setting on your physical Monitor.

Click the menu button on your Monitor to open the settings panel

Somewhere in those settings Auto-adjust is turned on, turn that off and manually set the provided adjustments so your screen looks correct . . .

Check your monitor manual or get into the monitor setup configuration to see if you can disable auto adjust.

Also check if the display cable on the back side of your monitor and PC is tightly fixed (It can happens if the cable is loose).

 

Brightness can not be adjusted.

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Were you able to see any error message/ error code with this issue?
• Have you tried to install all the pending updates for drivers and Windows Updates on your device?

This issue might have happened due to corrupted/ outdated drivers.
