Windows 10: Monitor blank screen but cpu still running

Hi please kindly help. Im already frustated with this problem.im just use my youtube to browsing and theres sound like "tuk" behind my monitor then my monitor suddenly blank screen while im using it after few hours, when my monitor blank at the same time the sound was sound completely off alsoIm already change my monitor, psu and ram to the new one but it isnt fix anything. Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?
