  1. Monitor briefly black screening for a few seconds in dual monitor setup

Recently I went from a single monitor to a dual monitor setup. For the most part things are going fine however something that I have been noticing occurring is that every so often my main display will go black for a few seconds and then come back, and this has been happening quite a lot. It's hard to say when exactly it occurs, usually I find when I am doing something on my other monitor like watch a video while doing work on my main one. If I alt-tab from one window to another it also increases the chance for this happening.I read somewhere that it may have to do with refresh rates, but I am

  2. Second screen not working in dual monitor setup?

I recently started using my old monitor with my laptop as an dual monitor setup. My laptop can only support 1366*768(720p) and the monitor can show upto 1600*900. These two works fine on duplicate and extend option but when I choose second screen only the
monitor doesn't work and shows it's error "D-sub out of range".

    Help me please.

  3. Double Monitor Setup is not connecting

    Hi Yuri,

To setup dual monitors, I suggest you to press Windows + P keys
and select Extend or the required option and check for status. If you are still unable to setup dual monitor, suggest you to update the Display Adapter driver by following the steps provided below and check for status.

    • Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted on the status for further assistance.

    Dual Monitor Setup Issues

I have a dual monitor setup that works fine once I go to Intel Graphics Settings > Display > Multiple Display > Detect. But every time I restart my PC I have to do those steps again to get it to work. How can I have my second monitor recognized by default
    on startup?
