Windows 10: Monitor connection issue

After powering on the UPS, if I turn on my CPU, the monitor does not display anything. However, if I wait for some time and then power it on again, the monitor shows up. Additionally, if I turn off the CPU by pressing the power button and then power it on again, the monitor displays properly.The screen-off time is set for 5 minutes. But after the monitor dims, I continuously hear sounds like it's connecting and disconnecting for about 4 or 5 times. Even if I press any button to turn the display back on, it doesn't show up. • What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

Monitors may not work as expected if the driver is not up-to-date. With this said, we suggest that you check if you have the latest drivers installed. In addition, we would like to ask some questions that may help us to isolate the issue.

• Does the external monitor work with your laptop before?
• Have you tried to connect the external monitor to your desktop?
• When did the issue start?
• Were there any changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Things to do once connected new G-Sync monitor

I'm getting my G-Sync monitor today.

I think I have to take the following steps:

• Connect 1440p G-sync monitor with DP cable
• Connect second 1080p 60Hz monitor by HDMI
• Startup PC
• Reinstall display driver
• Restart PC (I always do that after display driver install)
• Activate G-Sync in NV control panel (I believe also V-Sync is auto on after that?)
• Set my 1440p monitor from 1080p to 1440p
• Calibrate my 1440p monitor

Also ingame, I should turn off V-Sync?
Are there any problems running a second 60Hz 1080p monitor?

Is there anything else I should do/know?
