Windows 10: Monitor delay

Hello,So I have a pc which I'll display the specifications below. I noticed I was getting horrible delay when I had two monitors connected, so I removed one of the monitors and nothing has really changed, maybe a small improvement but it's still frustrating when playing games. It's strange too since the mouse works perfectly and there's no input delay, it's like the visual side of things is messed up. I've got the latest graphics driver and still the same, just not sure what to do anymore. I had the same problem with my laptop too, when I used the laptop screen there was no delay, but when I

Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...
