Windows 10: Monitor Dell P1913S doesnt work with Win10 Pro/64 at RESTART only

I have "new" monitor Dell P1913S. It works on machines with Win7 in all cases. Works also with HP Elite SFF with Win10 when I correctly shutdown & Start. The monitor setting I see in Control panel is 1280x1024@60Hz.

But when I RESTART the computer, the display shows "The current input timing is not supported by the monitor display. Please change the timing to 1280x1024@60Hz...." I have set it already. When I connect an old CRT-Dell monitor, it is all right. When then on running PC I switch the CRT cabel to Dell P1913S, Dell monitor works properly. But I must shut system down and start, no RESTART the computer. A strange thing for me.

Dell Monitor Camera

I have a Dell Monitor hooked to a Dell XPS Laptop. I want to use the monitor camera not the laptop camera. I've tried the suggestions from a closed thread about activating the camera but when I try the steps it keeps going to the laptop camera.

Suggestions or am I asking the impossible.

 

ELO touchscreen doesnt work after win10 install

my kichen pc monitor is an ELO Intellitouch screen. worked awesome as a touchscreen for 5 or 6 yrs with winxp and 7. I assumed wi Win10 the enabled tablet function would work. it doesnt. Even wi tablet off the touchscreen
doesnt . ELO says the win7 drivers should work. i can find the ELO program but the apps wont run from it. I'm wondering if Win10 recognizes the hardware...as the control panel/system only shows a generic monitor. Suggestions? (yes, this was typed
on a virtual keyboard using a wireless mouse)

 

trying to profile my monitor with the idisplay pro is not working, returns Win10 opening desktop

I have been trying to profile my monitor with the idisplay pro I can go thru all the steps but when it actually starts profiling by showing the red full screen, the windows 10 screen returns and screws up the profile any suggestions on how to disable
this startup? Thanks
