Windows 10: Monitor displaying a dark blue color after boot up

Hello, yesterday I tried to run a game on my computer which only runs up to 60 fps and caused my monitor to display a dark blue color on it. After being stuck there a while I decided to hard shut down my computer and since then the that same color has been displayed on the monitor. I have tried booting into safe mode to find the issue, restoring to a previous point in the pc, reseating my RAM, using only one stick of RAM at a time, and even checking the BIOS for any issues. I have not been able to find the source of the problem. Strangely enough I was able to boot into windows properly twice.

Changing the COLOR from yellow for links to dark blue ?????

How do I change the COLOR from YELLOW for links that is under Tools, Internet Options, Appearance Colors, for the LINKS that are now YELLOW to make the COLOR dark blue ?

 

Start menu color becomes dark and font color wont change in Windows 10

I just got my Upgrade yesterday and im quite happy with the performance.

As soon as I opened "start" i saw colors of tiles becoming dark step by step.. eventually becoming to blackish blue.. only the icon remains not changed.

It does go back to original colors if I open "start" after 1 min but they again turns into dark.

Other thing i noticed was the color of font. Its gray and remains gray no matter what color i choose for Start theme.

This is not only limited to tiles, if I open "all applications", on first open the color is okay but becomes dark again.

and with the gray color of font, it makes everything unreadable.

For example, if i choose color "#800000" for start, the tiles become color "#190000"..

So, I dont know if anyone else is also facing this issue or not but its quite annoying that you cant read and and ugly that color becomes dark like that..

 

Windows Color Management Issue

With the issue you're having with your display color, I suggest that you calibrate. There may have been settings that is causing the issue and resetting them may solve this. Follow these steps:

1. Press Windows key on your keyboard, type Calibrate display color.
2. Follow the on screen instructions.

If the issue will not somehow improve, try to check with your monitor's color settings just to be sure.

Also, I'd like to clarify what monitor is having the issue with its display going to the 'other monitor'? I'd also like to ask for help in isolating the issue. Try to use the monitors one-by-one or have them pair up with one another. Like have BenQ paired
with Asus then have Alienware paired with Asus etc.

Update me if there were improvements.
