Windows 10: Monitor flickering, please help

Hello everyone!


I have Philips monitor 243V7QJABF and it was working perfectly fine until today. Now this monitor started to flickering and it is not usable.


I've went through all troubleshooting such as drivers update, restart in safe mode still flickering, tried to check cable on different monitor works fine on 2nd monitor, removed few applications that were installed recently still the same, changed Hz rate still flickering, tried to run a task manager, but it stays normal, but still flickering.


Is there anyone who would take a look into this and possibly solve if it is possible or is this monitor not usable?

Monitor Dim and Flickers

I have a new Dell Inspiron 3668 cpu and running it with my old Dell ST2010 I have run the windows "troubleshoot screen flickering in Windows 10" from Windows help. When I go to task Mngr. it still flickers. So, I uninstalled the display driver as suggested
and then ran the "Check for updates". The problem still remains. Any further suggestions?? My next step is to just replace the monitor and assume Windows 10 will not run it!
