Windows 10: Monitor has flickering red and white lines under the taskbar please help

as the title says on start up under the taskbar I see these flickering red and white lines, sometimes they start to disappear after 10 minutes or upon starting a game. I have updated windows 11 to the lastest version and my gpu drivers to the latest version aswell. In screenshots the flickering line does not appear. Does anyone know how to fix this or if this is a monitor issue.

icons on taskbar in windows 10 has a white line under all programs list in it that are open, is there a way of removing it?

ive recently got a oled tv as my monitor ,and due to the potential for burn in.

i have set black as solid colour on background ,taskbar grey (cannot have black)

but im getting a small white line below taskbar .sometimes it will disappear sometimes not

if im using anything in taskbar .the section on the taskabr where the icon is will be lighter ,compared to the rest of the white line

im baffled, googled for a remedy, no joy .

White and green line flickering at the bottom of the display

How to turn off the line flickering in display , A single (white and green) line blinking at bottom part of the display and i think that was GPU processing line indicator ,but how to turn-off that, Can any one help me for that????!!!!...
