Windows 10: Monitor is black but system unit is running

When i do anything on my computer it stays on even if its 16 hours, my monitors will go black once that i try and leave it afk for atleast 2-3hours and its saying ‘no display input’ and the only way i can turn my computer off is by cutting off the power manually on the back, It also doesn't turn on when i try to move the mice or pressing on my keyboard. My monitor doesn't turn on until i restart my computer again. I’ve tried unplugging my GPU power cables and RAM sticks and plugged them back in also still the same results. I also tried observing if its an overheating issue but my cpu and gpu o

My specs:

Motherboard Asus Rog Strix Z590-A Wifi

Cpu Intel Core i7-11700k

Gpu Asus Tuf RTX 3070Ti

Mem 2x G.Skill DDR4 F4-3200C16-16GTZR PC4-25600 16GB

So the issue happends when my pc is under some load, like games or heavy soft, it even happened to me when i played valorant which is not requiring so much of resources. But the problem is when my monitors goes black, pc is still running and i can hear the sound in game or videos ( i have 2 monitors and 1 of them is having trouble to work with 144hz because it shows big black bar from the bottom, so i decided to set it on 120hz) And i cant turn my monitors back on until i restart my pc

What i did:

- replaced PSU ( i had Chieftec 750, now i have Asus Rog Strix 850G )

- changed Air cooler to a water cooling system ( i had Be quiet Dark Rock 4, now i have Be Quiet Pure Loop 2 )

- reinstalled Graphic Drivers with the Display Driver Uninstaller

- checked for cables issue ( Display port / HDMI )

- tested GPU, CPU, MEM

And one last thing, recently i`ve been testing my pc with OCCT and when i launched Power test, my system worked for a few minutes and then my monitors went black again, but when i tried to long press button and restart my pc, my main monitor was showing black screen with a few coloured pixels after the windows and motherboard logo. And i`ve been able to restart my pc after 2 unsuccesful tries

Someone can help me or suggest what to do?

· Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?

I suggest you to check if there is any failed or pending Windows updates, refer to the below steps and check if it helps.

1. Go to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Update and Security’.

2. Under ‘Windows Update’ click on ‘Advanced Option’.

3. Click on ‘View your update history’.

4. Check whether any updates are failed, if any try to install the updates and check.

I suggest you to perform system restore as below and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below to perform a System restore to gain back access to all your documents, pictures, mails, etc.

Steps:-

• Press “Windows key + R” Keys to open Run window.
• On run command type “rstrui.exe” (without double code) and press
  OK.
• Select the restore point and follow the onscreen instruction.

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

I understand the you have tried to resolve the issue and tried many steps. I really appreciate your efforts in resolving this issue. As you have mentioned that switching the cables make both the monitor
work so I believe its not the driver issue. I would suggest you to try connecting another cable and check if the issue persists.
