  1. Monitor is not working, how do I fix this?

I just factory reset my computer. I use two monitor screens, both dell, and before the rest, they worked completely fine. Never had an issue with them. Suddenly, after the reset, one of them does not work. My main one works fine, it uses an mDP cable. The one that is not working uses an HDMI. I have checked the cords, I have unplugged and replugged every port. It keeps saying "Entering power-save mode." Thats all. I've pressed the monitor buttons, and they come up with the "There is no signal coming from your computer" dialogue. I have tried almost everything, and I am stuck. I have no idea wh

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Windows 10 Update - Now my dual monitors do not work

    Hi,

One of the possible reasons why Windows 10 was unable to detect your dual monitor is an outdated or incompatible graphics driver. To best address your concern, we need you to answer the following questions:

    • Which Windows 10 build are you using?
    • Have you already tried performing the troubleshooting steps suggested by
Mauro Cavallin on June 16, 2017?
    • Are both of the monitors not working just like what the original poster was experiencing? If yes, have you tried disconnecting one of the monitors? What was the outcome?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

We will be waiting for your response.
