Windows 10: Monitor, keyboard and mouse turns off while the whole computer case is working

HelloI've recently fully reset everything on my PC to start fresh and as I've tried turning PC on the monitor shows a loading screen while switching on and off making it so I can't click the buttons underneath the monitor as it just switches off every 5 seconds. The mouse and keyboard show the LEDS but switch off with the monitor I've check every cable and they are in properly and even tried moving the RAM to a new location and still switches on and off how do I fix it.

Computer powers on, but monitors, keyboard and mouse don't work (windows 11)

Hi,

I recently purchased a windows 11 PC and it has been working fine for about a month. I went to turn it on this morning and there was no response from my monitor(s), keyboard or mouse. So far I have tried the following:

1. Restarting the computer
   
2. Unplugging all the equipment then plugging it back into the computer.
   
3. Reducing the monitor count from 2 to 1
   
4. Moving the HDMI cable from the video card input to the motherboard input
   
5. After shutting down the computer, unplugging it from the wall for 30 minutes to reset the power
   
6. Tried to turn on the computer in safemode using Microsoft's suggested method for black/blank screens at there website. Windows Startup Settings - Microsoft Support
   

So far still no response. Anything else I can try to get the computer functioning again?
