Windows 10: Monitor Less Clear on Windows than MacOS

I switched over from a 2020 MacBook Pro to a desktop computer running Windows.One thing I noticed is that icons and text are pixelated and fuzzy, which is not the case when I plug in my MacBook to the same monitor.I've tried adjusting color calibration, clear text settings, updating graphics card drivers, checking display resolution, etc. I've even tried a couple registry settings that didn't seem to help. Here are my specs:Graphics Card: AMD RX6600 128-bit 8GB GDDR6Monitor: Innocn 29" Ultrawide 3440*1440P aspect ratio 21:9 with IPS, HDR400, 100%SRGB, TUV, KVMCPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600XRAM: 16 GB

Clear Pagefile on Shutdown


I've been looking into clearing the pagefile, and I found the following steps at a somewhat dated webpage:

1. In the registry editor, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
2. Set ClearPageFileAtShutdown to the REG_DWORD value of 1.
3. Restart Windows.

I'm just wondering whether those steps are still valid, and, if so, does clearing the pagefile work as advertised?
