Windows 10: Monitor Not Detected as 120Hz on PC

I'm having an issue with my 120Hz monitor not being recognized correctly on my PC. The same monitor works flawlessly at 120Hz on other laptops and PCs, but on my main system, Windows only offers a 75 hz option only .Gpu intel arc a580 I know i have update. But in previous update it did not fix

Looking for a new 120Hz Monitor

Not officially.
Unofficially, there are the overclockable monitors.

There's at least four different IPS / PLS models that can be overclocked up to 120Hz, as well as some speciality models, like the Catleap 2B or the Overlord Tempest, and the QNIX panels. They are listed within the 120Hz monitor list.

 

120hz Monitor, HDMI or DVI-D cable?

If I was a little vague about HDMI, it's because I don't know what your monitor supports. I can't swear that it won't do 120Hz, via HDMI, but I believe that it can't.

Interestingly, the spec sheet in post #1 lists 85Hz as the maximum vertical frequency for a digital input. However, the AnandTech review clearly has it as a 120Hz 3D capable monitor.
