Windows 10: Monitor not detecting input when login screen appears at start and when screen locks.

We are using a Frontech JIL-1984 48.25 CM monitor for front office work. Recently the computer was upgraded from Dell Mini PC Win 10 to Intel NUC Mini PC BXNUC10I5FNHWA5.99CFCK, Windows 11, Core i5-10210U, Intel i5 10th Gen, 8 GB DDR3, 512 GB SSD Mini PC. The Mini PC is connected to monitor with HDMI cable. Upon powering on, the BIOS screen shows on the monitor without any problem; however, as Windows loads, the monitor screen becomes black and tends to sleep similar to having no input via HDMI. You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen
