    Monitor not migrating

So I normally use a 1080p 144hz AOC 27g2 monitor. But I had to let someone borrow that, so I pulled out a really old 2008 dell 4:3 monitor. I used this monitor before I got my AOC monitor and it worked fine. So I used this monitor and what happens is that when I'm using the computer everything is functioning well. But after 5 minutes, the output goes off and my keyboard and mouse also go off with it. When I check the device manager I see that there is an error:

Device DISPLAY\DEL4023\5&337d31c7&1&UID265 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

    Last Device Instance Id: DISPLAY\Default_Monitor\1&2e5834bc&0&UID256

I've tried uninstalling my graphics drivers/updating them, uninstalling the PnP device, and also updating my chipset drivers. I also did the sfc /scannow command and it said it repaired some files but it still persisted. I have two of the same old dell 4:3 monitors and they both didn't work. I also have a sony 4:3 monitor and it didn't work. I tried using my TV and it worked. There might be something with the ratio, but the thing is that the computer works for 5 minutes and then the output dies including the keyboard and mouse. mouse and keyboard don't get not migrated errors.

    My specs:

    ryzen 2700x

    msi b450 tomahawk

    rx 570 8gb

    16 gb ram

2TB hard drive and 480gb ssd

    :)

Monitor connected to laptop: Device not migrated

Thank you for your suggestion. I've tried the ways in the link but still no luck. My problem is my laptop can detect my monitor correctly but there is a event "Device not migrated" , I guess there is no signal received by the monitor.
