Windows 10: Monitor not turning on but pc is lit up.

This pc is 2 months old, So i have checked my monitors and they are fine. I built this pc two months ago and i installed new ram and a new graphics card and a new power supply. Every now and again not even 10 percent of the time my pc will randomly stop cutting my monitor on upon boot, and ive fiddled with it multiple times and almost everytime I've gotten it to turn back on has been luck, i usually try re seating and that sometimes works or i just leave it off for a while and that sometimes works. But almost everytime the problem has fixed itself but i wanna know what i can do to prevent it

Turn .doc into .lit

I have a document that I want to turn into .lit for my Pocket PC 2002. It was originally PDF, but i converted it. Do you know a freeware program that will turn .doc of pdf into lit. Don't suggest ReaderWorks

 

Screen barely lit when turned on

brilliant, thank you! just hoping it comes on enough for me to follow those steps, after about three hours of turning it off and on, it lit up just enough for me to have a look at the settings and see there was no birghtness control, so heres hoping after
another few hours, it does that again! Thanks for your help!

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...
