Windows 10: Monitor power buttom flashing when starting PC

Hello anyone have the fix when i start my pc monitor power buttom is flashing when i wait a few mins everythings normal, anyone?

Power plan?

Upon checking, it seems that there's nothing wrong with your system. It is usual that you have to double-click your mouse before your monitor wakes up.

For the meantime, we suggest changing the power plan by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + S.
• Type in Power Settings.
• On the pop-up window, choose Additional power settings.
• Select High performance.

After changing the power plan, we suggest that you monitor the changes made and check if that will work for you.

monitor flashes on and off at start up

1st monitor does not work on another PC same thing. Have another monitor and when i plug that one in to the other PC the blue power light button blinks on and off but no flashes. Wish i could be more help.Thanks
