Windows 10: Monitor problem

Hello,I've recently tried to use two monitors for my computer but the problem is the following :When I Shut down the computer and then turn it on , the HDMI monitor works properly but VGA one is off the screen is black and windows doesn't recognize it and it's not able to be used.But when I restart it once, both monitors work. And also during the boot screen , the VGA monitor works fine which is normal but after that, the problem that I mentioned happens when I turn on the computer.Is there a way to solve this problem without having to restart the computer every time I turn it on?I'd be ob

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.
