  1. Monitor/screen display Windows 10

I have tried everything to get text (in black) too be stronger. Keeps coming back to the same solution - pick one of the 6 paragraphs 5 times and it should be OK. Except that process seems to have no effect whatsoever.

    :)

  2. screen display

    Hi William,

It is important that you have the correct screen display and resolution. We suggest that you perform the following steps to reset the monitor settings:

    • Boot your computer in
      safe mode
      .
    • Once in safe mode, right-click the desktop > Screen Resolution.
    • Change the display settings back to the original configuration.
    • Restart your computer.

Feel free to update us on the result.

How can I drag a screen display onto an adjoining satellite monitor?

    Hi Stewart,

In order for us to assist you dragging a screen to your satellite monitor, you can follow these steps:

    • Move the cursor off each of the four screen edges to see if one of them works.
    • If it does, position the monitors in the Display > Screen Resolution window
to match the physical placement of the monitors.
In the event that the previous steps failed to work, you can try these:

    • In the display settings just swap the
      Display1 and Display2 Monitors.
    • Drag the Monitor1 display icon and
drop it on Monitor2 display icon, this would give you the correct alignment of screens.

Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have further inquiries.

Installed Windows 10, monitor display problems

    Hi,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft forum. I will certainly help you with this issue.

Monitors can support resolutions that are lower than their native resolutions, but text won't look as sharp and the display might be small, centered on the screen, edged with black, or stretched. It is recommended to set the screen resolution of the display
to the (Recommended) native resolution to get the best display on your monitor.

    Methods 1:

Set your screen resolution needs to be at least1024x768 to have multiple windows and apps on your screen at the same time.

If this doesn't help update the display drivers.

Method 2: Update display adapter driver.

Step 1: Check for the latest driver update through Windows Updates.

    • At the Start screen, type Windows Update.
    • Click or tap Settings on the right side of the screen, and then select Install optional updates from the left results.
    • When the Windows Update control panel opens, click on “Check for Updates” on the top left corner to receive a fresh list of updates.
Incompatible or not properly installed graphics card drivers are the most common cause of this issue.

Step 2: Follow the steps below to update the graphics/display drivers.

    • Press Windows + X key on the keyboard.
    • Go to device manager.
    • Right-click your display device.
    • Click Update Driver Software and then follow the steps in the wizard that appears.

For further assistance, you can post your query in Microsoft Community.

    Thank you.
