  1. Monitor settings randomly change

I have a Philips monitor with the SmartImage feature, and after a Windows update, it started changing settings on its own, like switching the SmartImage mode from Racing to Gamer1. I tried downloading the latest drivers for both the monitor and graphics card, but the issue is not fixed. My Laptop Details: 15.6 Inch Full HD AMD Ryzen 7 processor RAM: 16 GB 1 TB SSD AMD Radeon Graphics

    Hi Reagan,

We would like to ask you some questions in order assist you properly:

    • Did Night light work previously on all three monitors?
    • Have you made any recent changes to your PC?
    • Are you getting an error message on the third monitor regarding Night light?
    • Is the third monitor being detected by your PC?
