  1. Monitor showing "No Signals" despite everything seems to run properly.

Last night, I powered off my computer, and that was the last time it worked properly. When I tried to use it this morning, the monitor displayed "no signal detected." I've tried everything—but nothing seems to work. The desktop refuses to send a signal to the monitor, and despite restarting it multiple times, the issue persists. All the fans are running when the computer is powered on, so it's not completely dead. Oddly enough, I’ve found that unplugging and replugging the HDMI cable from the GPU temporarily fixes the problem. However, this issue has now occurred twice, and I'm not sure why

  2. no signal on monitor

Hello Justin, It sounds like your PC might be encountering a hardware issue.

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot:

    1. Power Supply: Make sure the power outlet is working by testing it with another device. Also, check the power supply unit (PSU) of your PC to see if it's functioning properly.
    2. Hardware Reset: Turn off your PC, unplug it from the power source, and hold down the power button for about 30 seconds. Then plug it back in and try turning it on again.
    3. RAM Check: Reseat the RAM sticks (if accessible). Sometimes reseating them can resolve issues related to no display.
    4. Graphics Card: If you have a dedicated graphics card, ensure it's seated properly in its slot.
    5. BIOS Reset: Resetting the BIOS settings to default might help. This is usually done by removing the CMOS battery on the motherboard for a few minutes and then putting it back in.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, make note of any changes, so we can better pinpoint the issue and we can further troubleshoot.

  3. Regions speech not available despite correct language pack install

The issue still remains unresolved, as English (Australia) simply does not show up in the list despite following all suggested steps to date (which I had done previously)

  4. Monitor showing "No Signals" despite everything seems to run properly.

HDMI monitor shows video signal but doesn't show as audio device on Windows 10

I have 4 monitors connected to a single RTX2060. I'm able to extract audio signal from all of them, from all ports at the same time via 3rd party software (Voicemeeter) that routes audio signal for each device without having to deal with Windows 10 sound
configuration to "Listen to" a certain device (mainly because Windows 10 doesn't support delay correction).

Everything works great with audio sync'd until I turn off or restart the computer. After that, one of the monitors stops showing up as connected audio device, despite nVidia control panel showing it on "Setup Digital Audio" settings page from nVidia Control
Panel. So nVidia clearly detects all four monitors as audio device, displays video signal without issues but Windows 10 doesn't detect one of them as audio device (the rest are fine). I have uninstalled and reinstalled latest drivers (for many months), but
    the issue still remains.

And because Windows 10 "thinks" there is no audio device connected, then it doesn't show up on Windows 10 Audio Control Panel as connected audio device and doesn't send audio to the monitor, hence, Voicemeeter being unable to pick that particular audio device.
All of this despite Windows 10 detecting it as connected monitor and showing video signal just fine.

Here is the thing... If I put another monitor on the Display Port occupied by the monitor that isn't detected by Windows 10 as connected audio device, then It looses audio and the monitor that had the issue initially becomes detected when connected to another
port. So there is always one monitor not being detected as connected audio device and eventually after plugging and unplugging connectors at random, all of them become detected and all start receiving audio signal just fine. So far I have been unable to replicate
the steps needed to have the monitor start being recognized by Windows 10 as audio device.

Device Manager shows all monitors as Audio Device except the one that isn't recognized by Windows 10. All four monitors show as display device (after all, it's showing video). It's just the audio thing that must be reset somehow. A click on scan for hardware
changes, nothing happens, click on hidden devices, it shows as previously installed device, but of course doesn't show as currently connected. I click on update driver but it says everything is up to date and if I uninstall the driver for that particular monitor,
then later on it becomes an issue to try to have it recognized.

Before it was another monitor that had the same issue...
