    I recently noticed that certain colours on my laptop's screen are far lighter than usual. I first noticed this yesterday when my bright yellow colour looked off. Today, I've noticed that my green colour isn't right and the yellow seems to be fine now. I've also noticed subtle changes in whites and pretty big changes in greys. Below is an example of my issue, the colour is suppose to look more like the green in the connectivity symbol besides the text.Just before sending this I also had a quick thought, my storage recently reached a very low amount, I have around 16GB of 1TB free. I'm not sure

    Monitor with colour Banding

    @stefancargoski I can see the banding... barely. A lighter color background might have been easier. Might want to list the model number of the monitor. Might want to play around with the 3D settings in Nvidia Control panel, or these settings...

    Monitors may not work as expected if the driver is not up-to-date. With this said, we suggest that you check if you have the latest drivers installed. In addition, we would like to ask some questions that may help us to isolate the issue.

    • Does the external monitor work with your laptop before?
    • Have you tried to connect the external monitor to your desktop?
    • When did the issue start?
    • Were there any changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
