Windows 10: Monitor turns off and apps becomes unresponsive

First of all, I'm not sure what to put as topic, so I apologize if I chose the wrong one.I encountered this problem two days ago, I'm not sure how it started. But usually what happens is that both of my monitors start flickering and ultimately one turns off. After that one monitor is still on, but the background turns white with a blueish square in the middle of the screen I will try to get a screenshot of it next time it happens, and apps like browsers turn somewhat unresponsive. By unresponsive I mean that I can open a new tab, but it loads forever if I search for something and the tab tha

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...

Touch screen unresponsive after driver update

Dell SX2210T Flat panel touchscreen monitor unresponsive to touch after Automatic update of "NextWindow driver update for NextWindow 1950 UCS Compliant Touch Screen" in Windows 10.10240 and Tech preview 10.10525.

This is the wrong driver for this touchscreen but I am unable to find a means of uninstalling it.

It is not listed in the list of installed updates.

The correct driver is shown in Device manager for the screen.

Any suggestions please?
