Windows 10: Monitor turns on after timed 'screen off' in Windows 11

Just recently, my PC has stated showing an odd behaviour in Windows 11: I set the screen to turn off after 3 minutes and the PC to sleep in 10, but then in around 4-8 minutes after I stop working with the PC and after the screen is already off because the 3-min window is up, the monitor suddenly comes back alive and stays like that. I even tried doing a full reset of the PC, but the problem persists. Initially, I thought it could be something with display drivers, so this time I did not even install the Radeon drivers for my XFX 6600 XT and just tested this issue immediately after Windows

Black screen /Monitor

Windows 10 update for 11/14/ made my monitor screen darker than usual when it comes on and that is for about 30 seconds at a time then it goes black. I have to keep turning the monitor off and on; the computer stays on the entire time. I tried setting
the system back to an earlier time and other suggestions on your page but nothing works.

 

Windows 11 Turning off monitor resets settings

Yesterday I installed a LG 27" Ultragear monitor, with the displayport cable to my computer.
I got a Nvidia GeForce RTX3060 GPU and running Windows 11

Every time I turn off this monitor, my 2nd monitor becomes my main monitor.
When turning the monitor back on, Windows 11 sees the monitor as his main monitor again.
But Nvidia prompts the monitor is vSync enabled in the action center, and my audio is also going through the monitor, instead of my headset.

I am used to turning off the monitor, and that Windows doesn't adjust what the main monitor is and doesn't adjust the audio settings.

This issue is known on Windows 10, so I tried to disable monitor auto detection, but I cannot find it anywhere, on Win 11
I looked in device management, configuration screen and settings.

Please advice.
