    Hello this is a long question I have a Acer K242HL monitor, the latest Intel integrated graphics and GeForce Driver for my 2060 RTX so on the 10th of this month was the last day my monitor was working however the next day after I installed the newest windows 10 update the monitor will lose signal after window loading screen so I but the computer in safe mode and disabled my 2060 RTX driver and I went back into normal mode and the monitor was able connect however it was at 800x640 resolution and windows was refusing to let me change the resolution so I looked at the monitor in device manager

    Double Monitor Setup is not connecting

    Hi Yuri,

    To setup dual monitors, I suggest you to press Windows + P keys
    and select Extend or the required option and check for status. If you are still unable to setup dual monitor, suggest you to update the Display Adapter driver by following the steps provided below and check for status.

    • Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

    i have a problem to connect 2 monitors.

    Hi Ron,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    • What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
    • How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

    Monitor will no longer connect to windows after update and I am unable to reroll

    After Windows 10 update, unable to connect to second monitor

    Have tried all of the suggestions posted and still unable to detect the second monitor. Dell laptop Inspiron15. Using an adapter to connect from laptop to monitor. All drivers are updated.
